Hi im 24 i have anxiety but i have a new sigh with idk wat it is a thumping feeling on my body witch i cant determined were its comeing from cause ive done ekgs and nothing everything becomes normal but i still have the sighns. Another is that when lying down heart flutter a little but goes away im trying not to panic but this is getting annoying idk wat i gave everything just to much
