That is endanger our "LIVES'," rather than our LOVES--though both are important
Not at all, but we do perceive fatigue through our brains. It is important to have an outsider/professional evaluate our problems to see how much is physical and how much is psychological.
So many people would rather have a grave--a VERY serious physical problem, one that could endanger their loves--rather than even consider that there might be an emotional component.
I don't think Achillea is saying it's all in your head, just that the stress of things will make you feel your symptoms much more than if you weren't stressed over them. I spoke to you about this before and I know when I was totally stressed out about my PVCs I was fatigued all the time. Until I got my fears of my arrhythmias under control I just never felt well. That's not to say they will go away, but you will be in a much better place to handle them. Put it this way getting some counseling to help allay your fears couldn't hurt.
so saying its all in my head?.....
It sounds as though you are troubled by a lot of stress, and your worries are centered on your heart. This is actually pretty common. Just google 'cardiac neurosis.'
In the absence of cardiac pathology, I have difficulty expressing how serious I think it is to GET COUNSELING for your fears.
no meds ....and I'm not sure of the count but i get really fatigued
Are you taking any medication, such as beta blocker? BB are notorious for causing fatigue.
How active is you PVC, if they are thousands a day I will guess that is the fatigue source... I do not suffer from PVC, so just guessing and recalling what I have read here.
