My results...alarming or not?

So here are my holter monitor results.  My doc called and said he wanted to see me about them.  I didn't see anything I thought was too alarming.  Just looking for opinions.  Is there anything alarming to you?  Please help put my mind at ease.  Thanks so much.

Should I be concerned about the 181 maximum heart rate?  I wasn't having any symptoms at the time and it is kind of scary that it was that high without me knowing.  I do have anxiety disorder and am not really sure if anxiety could cause heart rate to go that high
