Why is my heart beat not steady?

So my beat is normal and then every couple minutes it starts pumping hard for like 2-3 beats then back to normal

Mine doesn't either. I have about 10-12 per minute and it used to bother me a lot. Then somebody suggested to take Holy Basil. I am doing that, however, it does not eliminate them nor reduce the frequency, but I don't feel them anymore the way I used to :)
