I get a flutter to, mine have been recorded as pacs, can last for 24 hours straight not fun
Have you had an EKG or echocardiogram when you saw a doctor? If these tests caught the palpitations, the Dr should have been able to confirm that they were PACs or PVCs - both of which are very common and usually benign. I get lots of them and they have caused me huge panic and anxiety at times. However, every thing I have read about them says they are harmless if your heart is structurally normal, which tests would show. It is the anxiety which is harming you not the palps. There are some great books that helped me - Self Help for Your Nerves by Dr Claire Weeks and Stop Thinking Start Living by Richard Carlson are two. In the UK drs will often give beta blockers which can help both palpitations and anxiety.
