Awww, how sweet of you.  It is nice to know I can help.  Please remember my words when I come on here crying about how bad mine are...heheheheh.  I have been trying to get my BIL to try the fish oil, but he won't, yet he complains about PVCs all the time.  Go figure.  Last night I thought maybe they were back but only had a few in a row, then gone.  I only took one fish oil yesterday.  Coincidence?  Perhaps....mwahhhhahahahahahah

I went to see the cardiologist last week and had a stress test, they made me walk and then run for about 18 minutes in a threadmill, it almost killed me because I've never run nonstop uphill and then they made me lay down on my side, but the cardiologist said I had a perfect heart, the pvc's hid again but the doctor said they were benign, I asked him if they would go away and he told me they would eventually go away, then I laughed and told him I had a friend who's doctor told her the same thing about 30 years ago, then I laughed again.
About the exercise, I do run 1.5 miles everyday 7 days a week because I feel good after I run, I think my heart would go everywhere with these pvc's if I did not exercise everyday. Right now I've been taking the omega 3 for the last two weeks and I haven't felt that many pvc's, maybe about 5 or 10 all day.
Another thing, I do not stress out to much on these pvc's because I've been reading too much of our Registered Nurse Rita.

I have had them for 31 years.  I have had horrible times and times when they are barely there.  My doc told me that they would go away as I got older.  I still laugh at that one.  Maybe he means when I'm 90?

Thanks for the info, how long have you suffered from them and does it seem to get worse as the older you get. or maybe i get more and more sensitive to them

Hi there.  I've had so many of those days that I can't even count.  I remember when I was in bigeminy for 6 weeks (I know others live in it).  I cried almost every day.  Medications do not take them away.  Worrying abuot them makes them worse.  Acceptance is the only thing that has ever worked for me.  Trying to get about the business of living while you feel like you're dying.  I tried to tell my hubby when he tells me to just forget about them.  I said that it feels like someone is poking you every couple of seconds.  Now, how am I supposed to forget about that?  Sometimes they are worse when I relax so I am not so sure about relaxation techniques at all. I think that when I exercise, it helps them go away.  Anyone else?
