REading of My medicin report

What does it mean on my report that it states I have  relative reduction in kinesis at the apex and septum relative to the remainder of the myocardium

I can give you a little description and i think you may be able to figure it out from here or as Jerry NJ says you may want to re post on the doctors forum but i think this is a little explanatory.....
Kinesis:  movement
Apex:  a small organ that lies between the lungs that points down a little to the left and forward in its position.
Septum:  is a wall or divider
Myocardium: is a muscle in the heart
