SVT_AFIB_ VasoVagal_ 2 Ablations

Hello,
I was confirmed 10 Yrs ago with SVT after 12 episods. Being a woman, It was very hard to get anyone to believe me, finally after a Stress test it was tagged. I underwent  svt ablation, and after have awful side effects of more. The Dr told me he never herd of this and put me on all kinds of beta blockers , etc , at that time I was not diagnosed with vasovagel  , I have very low blood pressure 85/48 at times, I was on toprol and that induce asthma, I moved and got odd all meds , New Dr Gave me a tilt test , came back pos for Vasovasagal , Them more when working out after cool down SVT pr A fib episodes. Told new cardio Dr . did not believe me , went 2 more years with episodes  until Dr final caught  irregular heart beat , I also have minor MVP, while in second ablation for Supposed SVT went into AFlutter and had to have  cardioversion. Now still having Vasovagal  issues at least twice a month  and flutters , some mild 2 very hard Heart Rate up to 196 , with malase for 2 days after.
Went to new EP Dr , that wants to  preform a AFIB Ablation which is 4 hrs long threading through the heart to the left side, and ablating the entire area , with possible pacemaker at later date for Vaso issue , I am a bad speller sorry.
Question: Is the Third Time a Charm?
How Safe is this
I am only 52 and Really tired of surgery, Not fixing this issue
How are they sure its AFIB and Not a combo of SVT and A Flutter
How do I fix Both Aflutter with the Vasovagal ?

Help Please ...

Sorry to read of all the complicated suffering you have been going through.  I do understand that ablation is the only permanent fix, medications just treat symptoms.  The prospect of a pacemaker isn't a happy diagnosis, but it may be the best approach.

I note for your information that your profile lists you as "male" yet your post says female.
