Forgot to mention not to use more than 3 teaspoons of black cumin seed oil. Not only would that be deemed unsafe for the liver (even though it is seen as liverprotectice in the 1-3 tsp range!), it would also be stronger than needed.
1 or 2 tsp is the optimaal dosage for me. BSO helps very well for depression in my experience , but it doesn't fix ADHD or anxiety.
I also have had many instances of episodes of PVC's over the years. I am hypothyroid and sometimes I just need an adjustment to my meds, but I have come to understand that for me, the PVC's signal that my nervous system is overstimulated. At the moment I have had a few days of frequent episodes and have started myself back on 5HTP to replenish my serotonin......I am slightly depressed and very unmotivated ..........I am looking forward to how I will feel in about a week. Stress, as well as depression elevates cortisol levels, which increase other stress hormones....which affect the heart. 5HTP is a natural supplement. I take 50 mg a day at lunchtime.
