My heart pauses but it feels like a bubble going up my chest one time it felt like something was trying to go around in my chest back and forth and when it quiet i had a rush of blood to my head like the blood was cut of for a few second

Yep, that is almost certainly PACs or PVCs.  If you're not already familiar with PACs and PVCs, you'll find a TON of posts on this website explaining everything about them.  Generally speaking though, they are harmless.  Though as hef mentions, it may be worth seeing a doc just to be sure but doesn't sound serious at all.

Alot of my prematures feel like that. Like a gurgling feeling in the chest. If you haven't get it checked. More than likely benign premature beats.
