What does this CT Scan mean?

I know this is not heart related but some of you have helped me out before.  I had a CT scan done on my head and this is what came up.  Can someone tell me what this means?

There is no acute intracranial hemorrhage, mass effect or midline shift.  The ventricles and sulci are prominent.  The subarachnoid spaces are prominent suggesting mild diffuse volume loss.  The visualized paranasal sinuses, mastoid air cells and middle ears are clear.

My doctor said she didnt understand this CT and is going to get back to me next week.  I am going out of my mind.  My CT scans before have always read unremarkable.

The ventricles in the brain are areas (4 of them) that are filled with spinal fluid. The sulci are the fissures (look like wrinkles) on the surface of the brain. Being "prominent" seems like a good thing, they're easy to see. If you didn't have sulci, you'd be a mouse (they have smooth brains).

The subarachnoid spaces- sounds like they may be a little off but doesn't sound life threatening. The rest sounds good.

Hope you get a good report soon.
