What is this??

Ok so this has been going on for a few months now. When I sit down and try to relax I sometimes feel like a soft grinding vibration shivering in the left side of my chest. Ii don't feel it when I'm walking, driving, or doing something. It has me worried sick and I'm always checking my pulse and checking my blood pressure. I've been to the one time when I had a panic attack and they said all was fine just pvc's. I've tried to talk to 2 differ doctors about anxiety and my symptoms and there just no help really. I've had 2 ekg's and 1 echocardiogram and they all came back fine .
Anyone else have these symptoms

I'm not a doctor and we can't really diagnose online but It sounds like just benign pvcs.  That is how mine feel.  They are harmless in an otherwise healthy heart.  Stress and anxiety will bring them on as well caffeine, sugary foods and acid reflux.  Try not to worry about them and just focus on getting a handle on the anxiety and your heart should calm down.

yes, all of that is very common.  Find a doctor that can treat the anxiety.  This is more of a behavioral health issue.
