Your symptoms sound severe, but with symptoms this extreme, the ER doctors undoubtedly did some workup on you, like bloodwork and an EKG, and they would not have released you without a diagnosis. There was one. What was it? You can ask your mother if the results were not given to you or if you were too agitated to understand it.
You say you saw a neurologist, but he was no help. He must have said something to you, but which you did not find helpful. What did he say?
I am not a doctor, but I have taken and worked in college courses in human physiology, and I can tell you that many of your symptoms are associated not only with panic attacks but also with hyperventilation (a common feature of anxiety attacks), which temporarily screws up your blood chemistry and can produce the damnedest symptoms, like hearing and sight disturbances, sensations of coldness in the extremities--to say nothing of muscle cramps (which you obviously had)--and a pounding heartbeat. Interestingly, what's called 'hyperventilation syndrome' can last hours and seems to affect young people more than those who are older.
I would suggest you go to your regular family doctor and discuss this with him/her. If there is no suggestion of heart disease--and there probably will not be, due to your youth and the fact that you were released from the ER--the next step for severe anxiety is to get a referral to psychiatrist to learn how to get relief from your symptoms.
