inappropriate sinus tachycardia

Hello,
I am a 38 year old female.  I am maried with 3 children.  I work in health care as a registered nurse.  I have a history of lupus,, raynauds, hypothyroid, fibromyalgia, svt, and inappropriate sinus tachycardia.  I had a EP study and cardiac ablatin for svt in july of 2009.  Prior to this ablation the MD diagnosed me with inappropriate sinus tachycardia.  My echo was normal,  This past week I had sinus node ablation for the inappropriate sinus tachycardia.  The procedure took over 7 hours with minimal sedation during the entire procedure including the actual ablation of the node.  During the procedure I had a run of wide complex tachycardia.  Apparently, my heart rate goes from 120 to well over 150 almost immediately after infusion of adrenaline.  The EP MD stated to me he has not seen anything like he saw with me in the past.  Each time he ablated an area a new area arose,  He ablated for 3900 seconds.  He stated he could ablate no more without injury to my phrenic nerve and possible heart perforation.  Post procedure I stayed in the 115-120.  The following morning post procedure I had another run of what the tele monitor read as vtach.  The MD stated it was wide complex tachycardia and did not seem alarmed.  I was discharged the same day on my routine cardizem 240 and newly introduced lopressor 50mg.  Since the procedure I have had multiple palpitations.  I am concerned about the vtach/wide complex tachycardia I experienced and the continued palpitations post procedure. My resting heart rate is around 95-100.  I still shoot up to around 120 when climbing stairs or showering.  Do I need to be concerned about all of these things or is this somewhat normal post procedure that I had.  Also, is there a correlation between the lupus and the heart rate issues?  I dont know where to turn at this point.  I feel as if there is no hope for me.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

Thanks Jerry.  I appreciate your response.  I hope you are right.  If you dont mind me asking, have you had ablations and if so, for what?  Again, thank you

Sorry I don't have anything specific to share, but seeing your post slide down the list I am moved to respond to give a few observations and to "bump" you post back to the top of the list.

First, given you are under a doctor's care and he/she isn't taking any additional action says to me that you should expect to improve. It takes time for ablation burns to heal.
Second, a HR of 120 when going up stairs doesn't strike me as tachy speeds... and 95-100 at rest is high, but not dangerous in my understanding... again it may improve with healing... I hope so.
