long story short i suffer nasty symptoms and my cardiologist ruled out my heart however i have my own reservations to his opinion.
bpm41-45 at rest, standing 110-120
bp 145-150 over 55-60
i have been to a cardiologist whom states my heart is healthy after having done a echo cardiogram whilst laying and sitting however was not checked upon standing which was my initial complaint nor was there a stress test involved. i get lightheaded when standing from resting (sitting/laying/squatting) be it long term or mere seconds (10-30) every-time i stand to some extent. the severity differs day to day from vague to severe but on a average day i get fairly light headed my eyes dilate with visible palpitations and shortness of breath accompanied with a mild headache. i have also fainted (syncope) 5 times in the last 2 years. my symptoms don't last long enough to consider pots and with my cardiologist giving my heart the ok (be it with incomplete testing) i am at a loss.
on a typical day my average bp reading is 145-150 over 55-60, resting heart rate is 41-45 with an occasional low of 38 upon standing my bpm peaks 110-120 accompanied immediately with prior symptoms. my symptoms are brief never lasting more then a minute but it is affecting my life as it leaves me miserable the only symptom that never seems to cease is my fatigue (do to low bpm maybe?) upon standing for long periods (1hour or more) major lack of focus, i don't know how to describe the sensation but i will do my best, i lose my train of thought mid sentence and anything requiring mild concentration is increasingly difficult. i sometimes feel as tho my thoughts are suffocating and if i continue to press the issue i will develop a migraine that can persist the rest of the day. (brain fog?)
