Anyone Else get PVC's but Heart Rate Does not Race or Go Up?

From all the postings here and other forums I've looked at, it seems most people with PVC's get as a symptom a fast or rapid heart rate/high pulse rate after they experience PVC's.

When I check my pulse after a PVC, its just plugging along as always at around 72-80 (normal).  This is even if I get an adrenaline surge after a powerful PVC.

Is there any significance to this?  Or am I lucky in a way?

My heart rate doesn't increase either. I'm generally in bigeminy or trigeminy with about 20-25 thousand pvc's per day and my pulse is usually in the 50-60bpm range.  Sometimes my blood pressure will drop while walking  up the stairs or doing light physical activity and that's usually when my pulse will kick in a little around the 70-90bpm range. Strangely enough I have to lay down to get my blood pressure to go back up.  I was wondering about low pulse rate too.

Your experience is the same as mine, in general.

However, if I am having a panic attack (I get them sometimes), my heart speeds up and the number of PVCs increases as well until I calm down.  There is a huuuge association between fear/anxiety and the production of PVCs.  This is usually attributed to having a lot of adrenaline coursing through the blood stream.

But on the other hand, quite a few people here note that they have *more* PVCs when they are at rest and their heart rate is lower.  That's due to a different mechanism related to the natural pause between heartbeats.
