anyone know anything about this?

I've had irregular heartbeat for a while now, where i'll get like an odd heartbeat here or there. anyways its been better for a while now, but just recently, i was running and my heart rate rose rapidly. i calmed myself down and my heart rate went to normal. immediately i started feeling pretty lightheaded. i had to restrict myself from doing much for the rest of the day. i didn't feel like walking or even getting up at all. i started having some stronger heartbeats than the ones i get that aren't normal. eventually though i had to walk a little ways, i'd say about 200yds., and i couldn't even walk that well without feeling so lightheaded. after i was done, and had to take many breaks along the way, i felt better somewhat. later in the day i did a few other things and walked for 40 minutes straight without a problem. also my heart condition decreased and i felt less lightheaded. i felt good for the rest of the week, until a week later from the first day it happened (today), i felt lightheaded again. i had a few irregular heartbeats today, and i don't know what i have so i don't know what i should and shouldn't do. i just wanna feel normal.

You should make an appointement at a cardiologist and have an echo taken of your heart to see if the doctor can hear some form of murmur. I was diagnosed with HCM (hypertrofic cardiomyopathy) myself 3-4 years ago,  and my complaints are very similar as those of you. Ofc there's alot of things that can be off about a heart,  but I'm having strong suspections you might have a form of cadiomyopathy as well.  Unless you're suffering from an extreme anomaly,  it will not have huge consequences for your livestyle.  But it can potentially be very dangerous while exercising intensive sports.  Because if the arritmea you're having not properly restore themselves to regular heartbeats, you could lose your pulse fully and the lightheadedness you're experiencing could cause you to faint,  fall in a coma , or worse.
