I have been experiencing a pounding heart beat every once in a while, do i have a heart problem?

I have a pounding heart beat every once in a while, i am a very healthy 14 year old male i don't smoke drink or take much caffeine. I don't experience pain or any other symptoms like shortness of breath or dizziness, along with these heart pounding. Is this anything major like a heart disease. I have heard that i might possibly have heart palpitations. I have noticed also that when i think about it i feel the heart pounding more, then when i am distracted. I experience heart palpitations from 1- 75 rarely 75. This has been happening for about 1 and a half months. I really worried do i have a heart disease or a major problem?

could you please provide me with some answers and advice that will help me feel better.

thankyou

Oh yeah, also you could try some relaxation techniques. They might help if you start to feel anxious.

E.g go take a walk, excersize, read about deep breathing on Wikipedia, listen to music etc.

Hope you'll feel better!

PVCs are premature heart contractions. They're usually nothing to worry about, but they feel like a skipped heartbeat or as heart palpitations.
I'm not sure what PACs are...
You should see a doctor about it, but it's probably nothing to worry about at all.
Most ppl have PVCs without knowing it.

So see a doctor.

you probably are experiencing benign PACs or PVCs.  they are scary.  if you have had a check up lately....they are prolly  nothing to worry about.  I would get it checked out just to be safe.
