And 215 bpm is outside the usual heart rate, even for a person doing exercise.
Most of the cardio docs say that in a structurally normal heart pvcs and pacs are benign.
All three are treatable but you should talk to your cardio about the best treatment option for you.
There is a good article on WebMD about supraventricular tachycardia so you could do search there and get lots of info.
Take care

thanks Jerz,
so which do you think is worse? I have no experience of pac/pvc, but have SVT where my heart beats at about 215 bmp.
which are the most treatable?
Hiya Bumble,
PAC is a premature atrial contraction which means the electrical impulse begins in the atria ( upper chambers of the heart.)
PVC is a premature ventricular contraction which means the impluse begins in the ventricles ( lower chambers of the heart)
SVT is Supra ventricular tachycardia - usually the heart rate is above 100 beats a minute.
Hope this helps
Jerz
sorry, meant pvc not pcv.
thanks.
