What does this kind of rectal bleeding indicate?

Hello, I have quite a difficult situation. A few days ago, I had diarrhea, and probably due to irritation or something I noticed some rectal bleeding just a little spot of blood on the toilet paper. The next day it turned into an agonizing just impossible spot of excruciating pain. The bleeding spot has swollen a little and I just couldn't get myself to actually use the toilet it was too painful. I started looking it up and honestly I don't know if it's a fissure or hemeroids.
So for two days and half I almost didn't use the toilet and when I did it was painful almost to the point of tears it burned and I felt sick. So the next day it got kinda better so I actually got myself to eat and drank lots of water still painful but not that much. And today I finally almost don't feel it, it's still kinda itchi and sometimes kinda spikes with burning but it was alright until I went to use the toilet again, it wasn't painful but there was a lot of blood. I didn't even notice until I looked at the toilet paper and saw a large spot of blood and then realized the water in the toilet is red. I'll seek medical help in a few days but any opinions will help. Is it a fissure or hemeroids?

If you need details about my diet I do drink tea and cola very often (I heard they're both important with this issue)

Thanks in advance
