I agree that we need to avoid antibiotics when is possible and this have to become o culture, and not only for us.

The best way to deal with such situations is to minimize their use, especially use of those that clear via the liver or are hepatotoxic (This holds good for other medications as well). It might also be worthwhile to run a culture and sensitivity wherever possible to avoid empirical use of antibiotics.
