HepB Prognosis?

Hi there,

36 years old est-European male with the following history:

January 2016
AgHBS - positive
Anti-HBS - 13 (10 with imunity)
Anti-HBC - positive
Anti-HBe - negative
ALT - 120 (<41)
AST - 39 (<40)

January 2017
AgHBS - positive
Anti-HBS - 2 (10 with imunity)
Anti-HBe - negative
ALT - 105 (<41)
AST - 49 (20000000 UI/ml (20000000 is the maximum limit of detection)

March 2017 - started treatment with Entecavir 0.5mg

May 2017
AST - 42
ALT - 77

September 2017
AST - 50
ALT - 95
HBV-DNA - 20300 UI/ml (Roche COBAS)

December 2017
AST - 51
ALT - 105
HBV-DNA - 300 UI/ml (Roche COBAS)

February 2018
AST - 22
ALT - 15
HBV-DNA - non-detectable (Roche COBAS)
Anti-HBS - 33 (10 with imunity)
Anti-HBe - positive
AgHBS (quantitative) - 0.05 UI/ml (test reference interval <0.05)

Next test: May 2018

Update for October 2018, things are looking good:

- AgHBs (screening) - negative
- Anti-HBS (quantitative) - 41 UI/L
- Anti-HBe - positive

I can explain a little bit the whole history and what I've personally make to achieve this, if anyone is interested...

Congratulations u have successfully cleared hepatitis b from Ur body. U r among the rare winners. Ur body was struggling to overcome the infection right from the beginning since antihbs were formed and eventually they conquered the infection.
However Keep repeating the tests 6monthly and wud suggest u to continue taking entecavir for 6more months
