Chance of getting hepatitis from contaminated food.

About 2.5 years back I had went to a shop to eat food. The person preparing it while putting the masala I noticed had a cut in his finger however I couldn't see blood dripping from his finger. Also as much as I can remember there was no blood in my food. I am a paranoid and so keep constantly thinking that what if by mistake 1-2 drops of bloods had fall in my food. Can I get Hepatitis from it.
