I need yr advice

Dear friends. On my last visit which was yesterday my doc gave me a prescription for Entacavir. The dabate whether to start a treatment or not has been going on for a while. And yesterday he didnt really spend much time and just gave it to me..
I m confused if i should start the medication or not.
I m 37 yrs old women, one child. Recent Fibroscan showed f0. Alt 30 for few years. Hbv dna is fluctating from 10 000 and 23 000 iu. Infected from birth.
Shall i wait? My doc says is better prevent it rather then wait for a liver demage. Pls can i hear yr views.

My doc says i will not respond to interferon. As my alt is too low.
I dont know my hbsag quantitive. He didnt suggest it.

what is your Hbsag quantitative result? if low you may give a chance to interferon instead of starting antivirals right away.
