HBsAg

I am from pakistan. 1 year ago during a medical exam it was discovered that i have HBSAg.week positve.
Afer that i did blood test from other labs and showed me negative results   . But after 8 months again i did the results and 2 labs gave me HBsAg positive ( cut off 1 , value 1.44 )  and one lab gave me non reactive ( 0.545) . After one month i did my complete tests and details are
1- HB surface antigen   1.95 S/CO reactive
2- HB surface antibody  0.00  mIU/mL   non reactive
3- Hapatitis Be Antigen  0.298 S/CO     non reactive
4-Hapatitis Be Antibody  1.97  S/CO non reactive
5- Anti HBC IgM            0.12 S/CO   non reactive
6- Anti HBC IgG            0.06  S/CO non reactive
7-SGPT(ALT)                 39  U/L
8- SGOT/AST   24 U/L
9-HBV DETECTION BY PCR (Real Time)  Viral Load :HBV = Not Detected
Comments:The COBAS® Ampliprep/COBAS® TaqMan® HBV Test V2.0 is a nucleic acid amplification test for quantitation of
Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) DNA in human serum/plasma.
- The test detects the presence and levels of Hepatitis B Viral DNA in patient and confirms if they are actively infected
with HBV.
- This assay is able to accurately detect HBV DNA >20IU/ml(116 copies/ml).

Please help me and guide me is there any treatment for me to make this HBsAg negitve ,

Note. i have no physical problem and liver ultrasound is also found perfect ( no issue).

I find your results unusual as you had several negative and positive results for your HBsAg, also you tested negative for HBcAb. Your hbvdna is also undetectable. I am not sure you have or had Hepatitis B infection. I can only suggest that you repeat the tests in another 6 months.

Just my opinion.

I think a quantitative hbsag test is needed to make a comment. 1.95 s/co is meaningless and the result should be in UI/ml to watch the progress. You might ask the labs if this quantitative test available within their facility.
Good luck
