A question about my results

Hi everyone

I'm taking Tenofivir every day

Here are my results so far

Aug 14

HBV DNA 510 million
HBSAG Quantitive 51000
HBEAG 2102

Oct 14
HBV DNA  17500
HBSAG 38202
HBEAG 1681

Jan 15
HBV DNA 748
HBSAG  18235
HBEAG 1369

My questions are

1 Does the HBSAG usually come down so rapidly on NUCS?

2. Also why is HBSAG coming down so quick and HBEAG is so slow?

Feed back would be greatly appreciated

Aghbe doesnt count probably is not quantitative but qualitative ..is not important, also if hbsag comes down so quick make sure is also quantitative ! If so,than you are between 10% who respond under tenofovir

Thanks for the advice I understand your rationale and it makes sense. But if the current  combination of treatment and supplements is working why risk messing with that balance?I've had the virus for approx 3 years already its certainly not any fun to say the least.

Your story is inspirational :)

I think you should not wait  to use black seed and curcumin. You should use every weapon against HBV. Because time is not in favor of us. After a while the virus learns how to resist to the treatment!!! So, get rid of it as early as you can!!

Thanks I read it gives me hope :)

I'm using Honey, Vit C, Magnesium,Vit D, Vit B. Regular interval training exercises & Yoga (Picked up a minor injury recently though).

I think if HBSAG stops declining I will use black seed my gastro says my results are not the usual kind but they are remaining conservative for obvious reasons.

E-Antigen is in decline just slower. All moving in the right direction I guess. Just hope for the best!

HBeAg is also produced from the cccDNA, so even if your serum HBsAg is negative(for whatever reasons) but your HBeAg remains positive, you are unlikely to be cured. The natural course of a cure is: HbeAg turns negative, HBeAb turns positive (e-seroconversion), HBsAg turns negative, HBsAb turns positive(s-seroconversion), all accompanied by hbvdna undetectable. Your response to TDF, the rapid decline of hbvdna, is not unusual, but it will take longer to achieve e-seroconversion, and even longer, if you are lucky, to achieve s-seroconversion.

hbeag is not important...if you lose hbsag, you wil be cured

Thank you for your kind words

I'm not going to be complacent.

But I'm just keeping the faith as much as I can

Another question can HBSAG become negative and HBEAG stay positive?

You are lucky ! If it stays this way in a year you may be cured
