any correlation between hbsag quantity and hvb dna post treatment pegasys
Hello everybody, 5-6 years ago I finished 48 month treatment with pegasys. Baseline: hbsag positie(no ui available) hvbdna 10056 cp/ml, normal alt. End of treatment: hbsag - 1370 ui/ml, hvbdna < 20 cp/ml, alt slightly elevated. 1 year after treatment: hbsag - 998 ui/ml, hvbdna (not available), alt <19. 5 years and a half after treatment: aghbs - 905 ui/ml, alt 29. I will check on hvb adn next week... my question? Stable to slightly decline of hbsag level 5 years after treatment would mean that hbvdna has been always very low?
