Facing extreme discrimination by the nurses and junior doctors.

Like always the biggest fear for the hep b patients is the social discrimination they face which is more difficult than fighting with the actual disease.
I got a road accident two days back and got admitted in a big Hospital for tibia fracture. The nursing staffs and junior doctors are doing drama in dressing my wounds. What to say feeling extremely gloomy and sad. Was always fearing for such a day. God knows what the senior doctors would do on operation day. It is so sad that there is no cure looking for this curse yet.

Through viral markers

Every staff here is vaccinated despite they are ignorant. One of the junior doctor said, vaccine can protect only for 65%. I think it's not the percent but it's the development of successful antibody formation after vaccination that guarantees protection.

Yes, according to the World health organization, 95% of those vaccinated against hepB develop protective antibodies, i.e. greater or equal to 10mIU/ml.
I have been so many times at the Dental office but I'll never reveal my status on their forum.

Yes, social discrimination due to chronic hepB could be a burden sometimes. I think this is worse in some Arab countries, where people may be rejected a job offer or dismissed from their jobs if they tested positive for this virus. But it is quite strange that your health personnel have so little knowledge about the transmission of the disease. At least they could have vaccinated themselves against the virus, in that way keeping protected from potential health risks.
