Hep B risk: small cut on leg

I shaved my legs and I had a small cut on my leg. It came into contact with some precum and possibly semen of someone whose status I don't know. Does it have to be a bleeding wound for it to be considered risky? Should  I get tested? Does this pose any risk for other std's as well? Things that I've read are really confusing as to whether this kind of things are risky or not. I got vaccinated as a child but it's been over 15 years now. Does it remain protective? I'd really appreciate a professional comment.
