My wife's ANTI-HBS Level after Hep B Vaccine

Hello,

You know my story and results. I am totally cured after 12 months Entecavir treatment with the help of some natural supplements.

See my results: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Hepatitis-B/My-All-Test-Result-After-12-Months-Treatment-of-Entecavir-I-am-cured/show/2355051

See my story: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Hepatitis-B/Urgent-Advise-for-Entecavir-Usage/show/2044528

During this 1 year, my wife, mother and sisters are vaccinated 3 times. My mother and sisters' ANTI-HBS titers are over 500 IU/ml. However, my wife's is only 5 IU/ml (Negative). She was vaccinated 4 times during the year. Her titer rises to 5, then 9, then 13, then again 5 negative.

What should we do?
