You mean soya products we have that here like tofu. Tofu is my favorite and it is more healthier. I try to be healthy this year and I promise to myself that I'm going to exercise regularly. Thanks for the advice.

when i had to lose weight i tried refrigerated ogm free soia dishes, i dont'know if you have them in your country, they make delicious meat, pizza and other dishes but they are only made by soia so the calories and fats are ultra low.
a lot of fruit also checking calories of the fruits per day, salads, soups and a lot of fish.Soia dishes were the more delicious.

as for the gym the only thing that helped me was swimming one hour everyday, starting from 3 times a week first month to everyday in the following.

to lose weight is very important for 2 reasons:
if you get fatty liver the liver is sick and damaged even without hbv

fat and high colesterol blocks immune system, this month researcher in italy found that cancer cells produce a type of colesterol which blocks immune systems, lowering colesterol cancers regress

to lose weight you need a well balanced diet and gym because you need all nutrients and vitamins to keep your immune system at the maximum, but losing weight is more important

my and my sister are about 5kg overweight and liver specialist said you must lower weight absolutely even if you are only 5kg in excess
