alt alone are meaningless, you need fibroscan or biospy to judge perfectly, if fibroscan is good, hbsag less than 1000iu/ml and alt less than 30 for men the results are very good and the virus is doing no damage

blood tests can define your condition, only fibroscan can monitor your liver damage, not those tests.hbv infection is not correlated directly with liver damage, most have no damage from the virus

those tests are also obsolete to define hbv status.hbsag quant in iu/ml and hbvdna in iu/ml are those needed
