Please some one help me to understand my result... This is a normal value or danger... I m in very tension... I already take hepatitis b interferon treatment in year 2000

You mean "Faecal Encephalopathy" - I think your doctor is trying to tell you something.
The result is considered to be on the high side, but it is not very useful without HBV serology test results, liver functions, and history.
The result of your HBV viral load is confusing. Is it Less than 3.8 iu/ml or
4.03 log (10715 iu/ml)?
