Hep B test after 3 months

I am 27 years old. After the "possible" exposure, I was tested for Hep B at 1 month and 2 months time and all were negative. I had another test after 3 months. They said results have changed after 2 months to 3 months but they did not mention what has changed and they also said I am not positive but they said they have do more tests. What does this mean? I also don't have any symptoms, but I guess Hep B is most of the time can be without symptoms. Any advice and help is highly appreciated.
