Pain all over body

I've this constant pain all over my body in muscles, and joints. Each of my joint aches when I move it, some joints even without moving, starting from my neck all the way down to my toes. I've also at times pain on my upper right side of the abdomen. My liver tests, ultrasound, and fibroscan are so far in the ok region. Nothing wrong has been discovered from the ultrasound, and the fibroscan showed 5,3kpa. I sometimes wonder whether the doctors are doing the tests right; why do I've these annoying symptoms all the time? I really wonder whether the doctors and specialists are ovelooking my situation; I'm beginning to lose trust on whether they are doing the tests right.
Please I really don't know what to do, have any suggestions? Anyone who feels like me?
PS. I'm 44 years old man, with chronic hepatitis B, probably from birth/childhood. My hbv dna fluctuates between 1000-3000IU/ml. And I'm hbeag negative, anti-hbe positive. I'm very surprised recently my hbsag quantity was around 20IU/ml, though the hbv dna was 2500IU/ml. How is this possible? I also take vitD3 daily, without not very significant change in my symptoms.

I feel your pain... literally! This happened to me as well. More so when my HBV went "active" and on top of this, I got very weak. This is when I learned about my chronic HBV. The 10,000iu of Vitamin D3 was helpful but eventually I upped it to 20,000iu and went on treatment.

While it's better today, it's still there and my body is nowhere the same as it was pre-2013. I could probably do more for myself. Working out doesn't help, it actually makes my pains worse. The 2 things I found helped were walking a lot and doing yoga.

My suggestion is to see if your chronic case went active and if the viral DNA levels went up a lot. If not, try light exercises like I mentioned above and see how you feel in 6 months. I need to get back into mine so maybe I'll join you in this journey and we'll report back how we feel :)
Thanks for your feedback and advice. I will try to increase my vitD3 intake and get more exercise as well. There is one thing that I've noticed and that is the muscle pain and general body aching comes and goes; it may vary from day to day; sometimes I've pain for days, then suddenly I feel a little better.
Also I've a constant pain at the back of my lower legs/calves. And my legs appear to shake and are weak.

Dear friend stop attributing every symptoms of urs to hbv. It's very simple that ur hbv parameters are in normal range and these days it is not the era people complicating with hbv except hepatocarcinoma which is unpredictable to some extent.
Now u are having many joint pains and body pains which is said as polyarthritis. There are many reasons for it, among which raised uric acid or RA factor are the commonest. So better do these serological tests first and then think for other etiologies. Yes, hbv is also a cause of joint pain but that is least likely and uncommon if well controlled. Uncontrolled cases also show less incidence of hbv arthritis.

Thanks for the reply; but right now I've one main diagnosis and that is chronic hepB. So unfortunately, I've to blame most of my symptoms to this disease, at least, until other illnesses are discovered as you said. For example, the doctors say I've a mild kidney disease, which could be related to my hepB. Also I'm in the process of finding out what exactly is causing my general body aches, joint and muscle aches and body weakness. This processs, I think is not easy and it could take very long time before reaching the conclusion. But right now, I can only blame my chronic hepB.
You mentioned sodium, calsium and potassium tests; I've taken these tests and they are within normal range, thankfully.
