I don't see why not. I didn't have tubal reversal, but did have fertility issues. All the specialists I saw knew about my chronic HBV and they didn't have any issues doing treatment. We ended up doing 4 IVF's and had three kids from these. It was never an issue, even with the whole transfers and freezing of the embryos. I do remember I had to pay more to freeze our embryos in a special area on their own, to risk contamination from others I guess, but none of them said the HBV was contradictory to actually getting pregnant. They all made a HUGE deal about vaccination to prevent prenatal transmission of course, but I'm sure you already know all about that. Good luck to you!
