Possible HBV ?

I just had a full Blood,Kidney and Liver pannel test to check on my stats because 6 months ago i had higher than normal AST/ALT levels.
Six months ago i had ALT(GPT) at 48.16 and AST(GOT) at 71.81 with a usual check for HBV HAV HCV which were all negative. I was a bit worried back then cause i have never had any unusual things going on with check ups.
I retested with a more detailed liver panel the past week and this came back : ALT is at 37, AST is at 29, AKP is at 70 which are all in the normal ranges but i found that my Gamma-GT is at 117!!! while the normal range at my lab is 7-64.
I talked to the doc and she said that it might be for too much alcohol but i seriously just drink a lot during weekends and if i have to average out in a 7 week probably a 1 or 2 beers at night. I am a bit worried cause i have read that HBV and HCV have a window period (incubation) of six months and when i took the hbv test it was at 3 and a half months from a possible exposure. Is it possible that it was too early for a test and would the liver panel test be like the one i just stated ????
Please anyone help me get rid of this cause it is tormenting me and now i am worried sick

But i am still very worried cause i havea tingling feeling on the right side of the abdomen and i am pretty young so i don't understand because my friends don't have the same liver enzymes as me and they drink aswel a lot. is bilirubin a problem for hbv cause mine is slightly off. i went to retest today and will wait 3 days for the results ....

that's alcool, just consider alcool leads to cirrhosis as well so it is obvious that there is liver damage if you drink it and once a week according to the quantity and type is enough

i had a friend who used to donate bood and drink beer 2-3 times a week, by the time his alt got to 60-100 so they told him that his blood couldn't be used anymore for donations, of course it was alcool

another way to have liver damage is fat, a fat diet can lead to steatosis which is fat liver, also in this case there is liver damage and by the time it can lead to severe damage and even cirrhosis in some cases

fat people have higher alt/ast in general, and with new alt range being 19 women and 30 men it can be easy for a fat person to find alt/ast out of range although not all fat people have out of range alt/ast
