hbv carrier

hiii,
my fiance told me a few months ago that he's hbv carrier a few months ago his alt and ast were normal..but he didn't do viral load... recently he did it and the results were 280000 instead of 100000 what does this mean? does it say he probably has liver damage? can it be false? he still haven't done all other tests(alt/ast...) only his ultrasound was normal? is it a reason to break up? could his liver be damaged since the last time he had alt ast tests? will it cause him to live suffering? i don't know what to do? will he die?

Wish I have a doctor that can tell me that I will still be living 20 years, let alone 50 years from now!. Generally you will never be killed crossing the road, but then you may be run over by a bus to-morrow. If you love him, it is for better or worst, and vice versa.

In general, Hepatitis B is a slow moving disease, most people die with the infection than from the infection. Hepatitis B can be treated with very effective drugs, a complete cure is still not available yet. Find yourself a good liver specialist and let him/her do the worrying.

You are not giving us sufficient information to comment. Post his test results when they are available. Of course, he is going to die, we all are. After birth, the next thing is death. Will he suffer - most probably not - if he gets treated when it is necessary. Is it reason to break up? It is up to you.
