Relocating to Europe Union - seeking advice from Europeans

Hello to all Europeans friends around here.

I hope everyone is doing well and healthy.

My family and I have been considering a relocation to somewhere in Europe, we do not have European citizenship but we can get working visas through our jobs. (Most likely to the Netherlands)
We are not very familiar with the health care system in Europe and we know it varies from country to country
Im currently on Entecavir for the past few years, hbv pcr undetectable, liver enzymes stable and no sing of cirrhosis.

My biggest concern is if I would have an issue being accepted to health insurance with pre-condition.
Would the healthcare insurance subside the entecavir cost?
Can anyone tell me how much +- entecavir/Baraclude cost in europe without insurance ( online i find prices from 70 to 300 euros for 30 tablets)

I know this is a complicated topic and it depends on a lot of things, if anyone can share any info, directions, reading material or even some organization i can contact and ask questions, would be supper appreciated.

Thanks and and any info is highly appreciated.
