Testing Convlusive?

I'm 26 years old and a couple months ago I had my first STD Panel. I have a few questions regarding results.

I tested NEGATIVE for Hep A, B and C.

Exposure - Condom Protected Oral. Condom Protected Vagimsl. Event was with CSW in Southern California.

Panel Taken - 8 Weeks and 3 Days (Day 59)

These are my questions...

1. Are my results conclusive at 8+ weeks?

2. Should I re-test for any of the Hep's to be certain? (If so, which ones do you recommend?)

3. Are these results valid for all previous sexual partners? (Meaning would these tests picked up Hep's that I may have picked up from a partner say 5-6 years ago.)

To date I've had no real noticeable symptoms of any kind, but I was very uneducated regarding sexual health so I am nervous regarding window periods and what not. Insight would be appreciated.

test again to double check. majority of condoms are 99% safe. usually test up to 6 months. just a personal thought, as someone who has hep b from birth. you dont want to have to deal with this chronic disease or any other chronic disease. maybe stay away from this type of behavior if you are this worried.
