Carier hepatitis b

Hello,

I have problem with my result blood  test and i hope an explaination please.

My laboratory :
HbeAg -
Anti Hbe +
HbsAg +
Anti hbs -

HBV DNA
In febuary non reactive
In Oktober non reactive

ALT/AST normal

I got hepatitis B since 11 year ago when i was 13 years old. Now ii'm 24 years old and i feel nothing. But my anti Hbs always negative. What's your suggest?

HBVDNA non reactive? or you meant HBVDNA undetectable? :)

That's great and you have normal ALT and AST :)

might as well get ultrasaound/ fibroscan :)

once you are infected with HBV you'll never develop ANTI-HBS because the virus prevents your body to develop it.

just regular monitoring every 6-12 months, avoid consuming alcohol and smoking, and maintain a healthy lifestyle :)

Why some people can make anti Hbs after they infected HBV? Can i make my hbsag titer become negative?

Hahaha.. I'm sorry , HBV DNA is undetectable...

they are part of the 1% CHB'ers that seroconvert after many years :)

you should talk to stefano and have him visit this thread, he knows more :)
