Is an undetectable viral load still infectious

I’m currently with a new partner who has chronic hep b, his viral load is at 10.

His ALT and liver scans appear to be normal, and he’s in good health.

He is currently taking anti viral treatment daily.

Just want know what he still be infectious? I keep getting conflicting information.

As of I have experienced practically, without medication and with undetected viral load i didnt spread it to my wife in 4 years after marriage. So I think its not infectious. But as per the i fo I have got in this forum, I got advice to go for vaccination to my wife. So, i did it. She has got antibodies for HBsAg. So, its better to go for vaccine for HBsAg without thinking much about whether it's infectious or not. Once you get vaccination, he is no more infectious to you, can live normal life.
