Supplement Update

I thought it would be a good idea to share what supplements is everyone taking nowadays.  This will help new members too.

Glutathione MaxHealthLabs
vit d 10.000iu

I might start up with heptech again.  That was the best thing I ever took.  Is anyone still taking it?

only vit d and sometimes lipo gsh, i need to increase inflammation to build up a good immune response in the liver

when immune system fails to clear an infection keeping the inflammatory state makes only damage but when trying to repair the immune response inflammation is needed.it should attarct more immune cells in the inflammated area

yea i ordered it.  shipped to usa.

i might try the other products, but i was thinking about taking 2 glutathione daily first.  it has 500mg of gluthione and 1000mg of phosphatidylcholine in one daily packet.

i think maxhealthlabs is interesting and will order from them again for a few months to try out.  i might decide to switch back to heptech.  i still believe heptech is the best thing out there.
