First of all, don't worry, that 11662 copies/ml are not high at all. copies over billions can be possible (as was in my case), but still requires no treatment. But it depends on how the condition of your liver is. You have to post your test results mainly:

ALT, AST etc.
HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb etc.
Ultrasonography results
If possible and most important: Fibroscan and quantative HBsAg (ui/ml)

Some medical history, How long did you know you have HBV, did you use any medication before?

Then memebers here can advise you what to do. You made the right choice to come to here, as you can get more valuable information here than you get from your liver specialist, as I did.

Your lab report is not sufficient for any comment, you need more report
Hbeag, liver funtion test, hbv quantitative test i  iu/ml and most important fibroscan which show the condition of liver.there r two drug entacavir and tenofovir which treat hbv. But before starting this medicine your condition of liver should moniter then it should start, study all previous post u will know,
Stef and other commmunity members have very goood knowledge they will help u,
