Can some please help me to understand this,my doctor told me i have hepatitic b.i just went to ask for my test report and he gave me this which i dont really get it

Hbvdna > 2000iu/ml considering ALT, Hbeag & fibroscan need treatment.
it seems you have hbv, but not much can be explained with only this information. you should take Hbeag, anti Hbc Igm, Alt, Ast, quantitative hbsag tests and take a fibroscan if you can for more info.
