HELP - HBSAG RESULT IS CONSISTENTLY INDETERMINATE

My girl had been infected by hep b from birth from her mother. Both her sisters also have it.
However, shockingly her HBSAG report came negative in JAN 18 but then INDETERMINATE in MAY 18 and now its come INDETERMINATE once again in AUG 18'.

She has always been a carrier, but never active and has never taken any meds. She is 25 years old.

Why is her hbsag test coming indeterminate? What is happening now? Will she always be indeterminate or will she become negative or positive? What should we do now to find out if she is cured? This indeterminate test results 2 times are confusing us. Please help - which next steps should we take??. Thank you
