can i infect other persons?

good day to all i am working here abroad and first my pre employment medical examination in philippines find out that i am hepatitis positive. .and the medical center adviced me that to have a hepa profile and it came out like this.
.HEPA B SURFACE ANTIGEN REACTIVE  256.94
ANTI - HBS NON REACTIVE 0.0
ANTI - HBC  REACTIVE  0.068
HBE - ANTIGEN GEN NON REACTIVE 0.28
ANTI - HBE REACTIVE  0.062
ANTI - HAV (IgM)  NON REACTIVE  0.3

WHAT IT MEANS, , CAN I  INFECT OTHER PERSONS??

AND WHAT IS THE POSIBILITY??

because i have a 1 yr old son

why is he not vaccinated already, most advanced countries have hbv vaccine mandatory.you don t need to ask he must be vaccinated anyway

go to doctors, not butchers....they din t know what they are doing, for ur safety find a real doctor, you have

i have onother test here at my work place and it says that i am not infectious and it shows that my hbsab is negative. .and they give me an HVV vaccination and finished it last april 17. .and last night i undergo laboratory test again for hbsab. .

my question is what is the possibility that i can infect others. .because i have a 1 yr old son and it comes out that he is not possitive and i thanks it to god. .

you have cronic hbv, the test you have shown are ok one time do not remake them because useless, from the philippins you kee posting the antigens but made like that they are not useful to monitor a cronic patients and are useless

you need to monitor:
hbvdna pcr
liver fibrosis by fibroscan
hbsag quant by architect in iu/ml
alt/ast

most of these are not available in the philippines so if you dont find them it is not possible to monitor your hbv infection
