I think and i hope this is the best drugs like sovaldi in hep c.. how many year drugs will establish to market ? Is there any chance that phase 1 to 3 can be done in 1 year ?

Yeah hcv is very happy now.... im also happy for you brother... all of hcv brother have been cure now ...... but us ? Dont know when :)

Hey, Gilead is coming out with a 1 pill a day replacement for the Sovaldi/INF/RBV regimen in October. I am in a clinical trial of a Merck drug that will wrap up in June 2015, I would expect it to be fast tracked by the FDA and available sometime early in 2016. The early viral clearance rates on this Merck drug I am using is 97%+, regardless of cirrhosis or genotype.Please refer to my earlier posts for websites to get up to the minute news about new drugs either in Phase II/ III clinical trials, or in the R&D pipleine. that s just marketing looking for investors, the drug is useless for what we have now as results...there are dozens of these drugs looking for investments with not even a proven clearance on animals
