hepatitis b non reactive

After 1 year to the exposure i have been tested negative for hep b
still is there any chances for me getting infected with hep b

antibodies will develope only if there no antigen detected in the body right

i have gone for vaccine also i finished my 3 shots and they asked me to test
for anti bodies it was 155iu/ml
still is there a chance for me to get infected.
