Yes sure
I ask m'y family doc to prescribe me daily vit d doses.he told me that vit d alone in pharmacy there is not but including with other vitamins(multiple vitamins drugs like juvamin defenced or with calcium)and I can't take it Daly.so he just ask me to take ample each 3monthes and drink milk with vit d.eat 3or 4times fish a week.and in summer I should be exposed lot to sun.i ask him about products on net.he told me that he don't trust them.
I think docs here in France are not giving a great importance to vit d but for me I am sure that pains are due to this luck.next month I will do a check and see my level.

Can you buy vitamin D over the counter, like at a grocery store?  If not, online should be easy.  Many people take vitamin D daily and when I started my viral load went lower than its ever been (off treatment).

yes all good results, pain is probably just low vit d or high norm range pth

Could someone interpret(if I understand well no system illness?)

Ok thanks lot.
Hope results will be ok most of them I did it last year when I had pains. And i was negative for it only low vit d.
